• All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds.
   
• Images are typically delivered within 2 business days to the email address or download portal you provide.
   

• The Toyinator brand, logo, website, and original packaging designs remain the property of Toyinator LLC.
   
• Completed renders are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only unless you receive express written permission for commercial use.
   

You may not:

• Use the service to create offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
   
• Resell or reproduce Toyinator images without permission.
   
• Submit impersonated or AI-generated likenesses that violate another person’s rights.
   

Toyinator reserves the right to change pricing, suspend, or terminate access to the service at any time for any reason.

Toyinator provides artistic renderings for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for user-submitted content or misuse of generated images. Our service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
